Ineligible To all my friends in battle,

The Judge pulled the lawyers for the three cases into chambers before it all began and advised them that he would be issuing a default judgment in our favor, since the Defense council failed to show, and wanted to end it there. We argued that all the evidence needed to be entered in to record so the Judge allowed for a speedy hearing where all evidence was entered into the court record. What that means is this… Any appeal, if one is even possible, would be based on the evidence provided by the lawyers in each case. Both Van Irion and My lawyer, Mark Hatfield made certain that our cases and evidence in those two cases would be closed so as not to be affiliated, in any way, with “Birther” Orly Taitz. As expected, she was an embarrassment.

Now we’re merely awaiting the publishing of this Judge’s ruling which, as previously stated, will be a Default Judgment.

In other words…we won. Now it’s time for the rest of the States to take my lead and duplicate this effort.

Judge Michael Malihi will take final briefs and continue the case on Feb 5, 2012 Feb 1, 2012 (updated). He has already indicated that it will be a default judgement against the defendant. The Secretary Of State, Brian Kemp, has said that if this is the ruling, Mr. Obama's name will not appear on the March 6 democratic primary ballot.

Georgia Judge Orders Obama To Attend Ballot Access Hearing

In several cases, including, Swensson v. Obama, the defendant (Obama) filed a motion to quash subpoenas for him to appear at a hearing on Jan 26, 2012 in a Georgia courtroom. The motion was DENIED by Judge Michael Malihi on Jan 20. The hearings will be broadcast live on the art2superpac.com website, beginning at 9AM EST on Thursday, Jan 26.

DEFINE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN

Patriots Heart Network Media began covering this issue in 2008. This video is from 2009 calling out to the media to do their job. The lawsuit referenced at 2:80 was filed with Judge Lamberth in the US District Court. We lost because of a lack of standing. Standing has been the key issue in getting a resolution to the primary question of eligibility.

There are three groups who have challenged Obama in Georgia. One group has two litigants, Carl Swensson and Kevin Powell (Carl was a co-host on Patriot's Heart Network). Both are part of the extended Patriots Heart's family and we celebrate their success! Their attorney is elected Florida 177th District House Representative Mark Hatfield.

There is not doubt Thursday's events are still being defined as the legal teams prepare their next steps. We are watching the progress of all three cases through the administrative court process and will post updates.

The issue with eligibility is that the Federal Government and all state governments fail to define natural born citizenship in such a way that the meaning is clear to the electorate. Many believe a natural born citizen requires both parents to be a US Citizens at the time of the birth of the child. This is the source of the conflict.

Mr. Obama has also refused to produce documents from his childhood. This creates additional challenges because there are questions as to how he paid for his college education. Was it by declaring foreign citizenship?

As it stands now, Mr. Obama must personally show up in Georgia court on the 26th. Very exciting news! Congratulations to the litigants!

Now where is the media on this?
